Important information

•   Please ensure the City of Sevierville has your current contact information at all times. Changes can be emailed to csr@seviervilletn.org.
•   You will continue to be billed for all water and sewage usage. We encourage you to make regular payments at this time to keep your outstanding bill as low as possible.
•   Please note effective September 1, 2020 penalties and interest will apply to full past due balances.
•   Failure to keep the terms of this arrangement will result in disconnection of water service. If service is disconnected a $50.00 reconnect fee will apply.
•   You will receive an email confirmation in reply to this request.
